🧲 Lead Magnet:step-by-step BLUEPRINT of how to create such a killer offer, that you will DOMINATE your market and sign clients in your sleep.
    📝 Copywriting Formulas:
📝 PAS(Problem, Agitate, Solution): Identify a pain point, make the reader feel the pain more intensely, and then present your offer as the perfect solution.
📝 PPPP(Promise, Picture, Proof, Push): A narrative arc. Make a bold promise, help the reader visualize it, offer proof you can deliver, and push them to act.
    🤔 Other notes:
Use with caution, this gave me too many clients to handle.
Niche saturation? Never heard of it. I scaled an agency to a little over $100k/month in one of the most “saturated” niches in this space. Gyms. I don’t care how “saturated” your niche is, there is NO reason you can’t do the same. I’ve just finished creating a step-by-step BLUEPRINT of how to create such a killer offer, that you will DOMINATE your market and sign clients in your sleep. Use with caution, this gave me too many clients to handle. Like, comment & DM me ‘BLUEPRINT’ and I’ll send it over.

    📝 Copywriting Formulas:
📝 PAS(Problem, Agitate, Solution): Identify a pain point, make the reader feel the pain more intensely, and then present your offer as the perfect solution.
📝 SCQA(Situation, Complication, Question, Answer): For logical arguments. Set the scene, introduce a problem, ask the central question, and answer it with your solution.
📝 PPPP(Promise, Picture, Proof, Push): A narrative arc. Make a bold promise, help the reader visualize it, offer proof you can deliver, and push them to act.
    🤔 Other notes:
    Uses emojis for impact.
Lists concrete examples (Bird, WeWork, Olive AI, etc.) to support the claim.
Contrasting two business models (VC-backed "unicorns" vs. bootstrapped).
Leverages personal authority and success ("I'm running 24 projects," "Unicorn Platform has stronger userbase growth").
Unicorns are Falling Dead ☠ 1. Bird(scooter) just filed for bankruptcy after raising almost $1B. 2. WeWork filed for bankruptcy, once being valued at $47B. 3. Olive AI (raised $0.9B) shut down. 4. Convoy (raised $0.9B) shut down. 5. VeeV (raised $0.6B) shut down. 6. Plastiq (raised $150M) shut down. 7. Hopin(valued at $7B) sold for $15M. 8. The list just goes on... At the same time, bootstrapped companies are thriving with profits. The future of SaaS and Non-Deep/Hard-Tech startups is this: highly efficient bootstrapped small teams or even solo founders. I'm running 24 projects exactly this way. One of them, Unicorn Platform, has stronger userbase growth than famous unicorns such as Webflow and Wix.

🧲 Lead Magnet:a list of 75 PROVEN and UNTAPPED niches with well over $100k/month potential
    📝 Copywriting Formulas:
📝 PPPP(Promise, Picture, Proof, Push): A narrative arc. Make a bold promise, help the reader visualize it, offer proof you can deliver, and push them to act.
📝 PASTOR(Problem, Amplify, Story/Solution, Testimony, Offer, Response): An empathetic, in-depth formula. State the problem, amplify the consequences, tell a story about the solution, provide testimonials, make an offer, and ask for a response.
📝 AIDA(Attention, Interest, Desire, Action): Grab their attention, make it relevant, create a desire for the outcome, and tell them what to do.
    🤔 Other notes:
Leverages scarcity/exclusivity with "Barely anybody is taking advantage of these."
Creates high perceived value by linking to millionaire status and $100k/month potential.
Utilizes multiple actions for lead magnet access (like, comment, DM, follow) to maximize engagement and audience growth.
I think I’ve just cracked the code to becoming a millionaire. I’ve just finished creating a list of 75 PROVEN and UNTAPPED niches with well over $100k/month potential. Picking a good niche can either make or break your business, and I’ve just given you TITANIUM armour. The best part? Barely anybody is taking advantage of these. Like, comment & DM me ‘NICHE’ and it’s yours. (must be following)

🪝 Hook analysis:The Storytelling Hook · Open Loop · Secret Reveal
    🤔 Other notes:
    Chronological storytelling
Uses parenthetical asides for personal touch
Builds a narrative of overcoming challenges and adapting
Reframes career as a continuous journey rather than a destination
I’ve always wanted to tell my story. Here’s a breakdown of my life: 1989: I was born in a small town in upstate NY, just 30 minutes from Canada. (I mean, really small—more cows than people.) 2000s: Growing up somewhere with no economic prosperity, I developed a classic subconscious “chip on your shoulder” attitude. 2007: Received federal college grants and chose a college as far away from home as possible but still with in-state tuition. Dived into science, thinking that if I learned the fundamentals, I could create something great. 2008: Worked in a research lab at school and realized the quiet and methodical path of scientific research wasn’t for me. I needed something more tangible vs. theoretical. PS: I met my future wife there while mixing chemicals! 2009: Switching gears, I changed majors to engineering. 2010: Did an internship at a Fortune 100, which showed me the scary truth that my life was going to be mostly spent in a cubicle. Went straight to a Navy recruiter and asked one question: “Do I have to sit in a cubicle?” “Nope” I signed immediately. 2012: The military taught me lessons about leadership and that I thrived in under stress and in chaos. 2014: Became a husband. Family life isn’t easy in the Navy, so I decided that business and entrepreneurship would be the next best place for an adventure. 2015: Got into Harvard Business School. (Yes, even Harvard makes mistakes.) Most people reacted with, “You made it! Now you can chill.” while I am thinking “Crap, I have to start hustling right away to make something of this lucky shot.” 2016: A tough year—overloaded with new experiences and struggling to cut through the noise to make a path. No clue what I am doing, where I am going, or how to piece it all together. - Becoming a dad - Starting a company - Going through Business school 2019: After raising $8M, company was acquired. It wasn't the fairy tale ending, but a new beginning. My daughter was born. I shifted my mindset from burning capital in VC-backed startups to multiplying value via bootstrapped businesses. 2020: Founded RapidDev after realizing it’s crazy for companies not to be leveraging no code. Was forced to unlearn the VC startup game and figure out how to run a real business from scratch. 2024: Here we are - RapidDev is one of the top no-code agencies and we’re still working hard every day to improve. People tend to imagine their career in terms of reaching a destination. But there is no destination. The highs and lows of the journey are just preparing you for the next chapter. Enjoy the adventure, everyone!

Extensive social proof (600+ 5* reviews, 2000+ screenshots, 1500+ win posts, 100+ client interviews)
Strong urgency and scarcity (limited to 40 people, selling fast, genuine reason to act now, announcing to audience soon)

Detailed value proposition with a clear agenda of topics covered
Focus on high-level outcomes like "cash printing, financial-freedom-inducing machine" and "firing yourself"
Hey everyone! I have something cool to share with you. We're hosting a mastermind specifically for info-biz, coaches, consultants & marketing agency entrepreneurs!! Since starting I’ve made $20,000,000 with agency & info businesses, and with this milestone achieved it feels like the right time. We’re currently making $1M/mo with 50-60% margins, and I want to show YOU how to do the same. And we're quite good at it... - 600+ 5* reviews on trustpilot - 2000+ screenshots of results, wins, etc - 1500+ win posts in our skool group  - 100+ client interviews with people who have added $10k-$100k/mo to their MRR So, yeah! If you want to build a cash printing, financial-freedom-inducing machine, I’d love to invite you to this one-time event. Here’s what we’re covering: - YouTube Organic: Personal branding & inbound appointment booking systems (everything YouTube & inbound setting after growing a 120,000 subscriber audience) (this books us 500+ appointments per month right now) - Offer Creation: How to create sales arguments that people can’t say no to (full offer structure, strategies, risk reversal, guarantees, what’s HOT!!) (this made us $20M). - Outbound Setters: Outbound appointment booking via a setting team, hiring and managing setters (we book 700+ appointments per month with a team of 7 setters) - Paid Ad funnels: How we book 1000+ appointments a month using YouTube & Facebook ads, all the funnels, creative etc (our media buyer will be there to explain everything) - Building Sales Teams: How to build a sales team, hiring and managing sales reps, etc (we currently have 10 reps closing $1M/mo in rev) - Firing Yourself: Operations & how to build teams (COO, CMO, Sales Manager, etc) decentralise & delegate properly (we’ve fired ourselves and have far too much free time on our hands now!) - Scaling: Our playbook for scaling from $10k/mo -> $100k/mo -> $1,000,000/mo This event is limited to 40 people MAXIMUM. We're already selling seats fast! That’s not false scarcity or fake urgency. It’s the truth, lol. We will be announcing this to my audience in a couple of days. Once that happens the spaces will all be gone, so there is a genuine (and honest) reason to act now. Event details: - Central London, hosted in a soon-to-be-revealed awesome location - 26th - 28th July (3 days, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) - Breakfast & lunch & drinks on us (+ big social event at the end of the last day) - Hangouts with some of the best entrepreneurs in the game - Hangouts with people further ahead than you (connect, network & make friends) If you want some more details, head over to this page (I’ll be honest - yes, it’s a sales funnel): https://lnkd.in/eqnwCidt You bet I’ll see you there!!! I never change my tech stack. My 21 products get 550,000 page views per month using this simple — not fancy — tech stack: 1. Front-end I use ReactJS, Tailwind CSS, and NextJS. I also use daisyUI, the awesome Tailwind component library to speed things up. Design trends give birth to new UI components every day. It’s a distraction. daisyUI has 20+ themes and all the components, that’s enough. 2. Back-end I use serverless functions by NextJS. I don’t have to install packages or maintain an OS. I clone a NextJS project and I have a scalable API for my micro SaaS in seconds. My database is hosted on MongoDB Atlas. I create a free M0 customer for each new project and use daily backups ($10/month). I use mongoose on top to simplify queries. To send emails, I use Mailgun ($4/month). It’s easy and free to start. Payments are processed via Stripe (3.5%). Getting started is a bit daunting. I wrote this tutorial to handle subscriptions with Stripe: https://lnkd.in/gfh6tRV6. 3. Hosting I host my 21 apps on Vercel ($20/month). I push changes to a GitHub repo and it automatically deploys them. 4. Monitoring Simple metrics like visitors and pageviews are handled by Plausible ($29/month). If something goes wrong, I check Vercel deployment logs. I query the database using relevant filters for advanced monitoring, like split testing. But I rarely do that. 5. Extras I hired a junior developer for $10/month. His name is GitHub Copilot. Some of my products use AI models like GPT-4. Pricing varies on usage, currently, I spend ~$20/month. And if I need specific features, like image hosting or a CDN, I use AWS (1$/month) When I learned to code, I struggled to decide on the right tech stack with all the noise out there. Tech stack doesn’t matter. Pick one and stick to it. You’ll get comfortable and ship much faster.

I’ve made $17.8 million dollars online. Success takes consistency. The actions you take today build the foundations for the person you want to become. Massive respect for those who are: - immigrants - no rich parents - from developing nations - non-native English speakers Building from the ground up! Starting with less means you have to work 10x harder. But being an underdog brings unique strength: You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. You've GOT this!

I’ve created a list for you so you can grab these books and follow the same path of knowledge that created my success. Success leaves clues, the clues are in this list. Want it? RapidDev just turned 3. Some incredible milestones we’ve hit: - Team of 75 people - Gold Tier Bubble Agency - 200+ projects completed - #1 Template provider on Bubble Crazy to think that a few years ago, RapidDev was just a vision. Today, we stand as one of the top no-code agencies in the world. Feels like we’ve made a decade of progress in those 3 years of history. Not only as a company, but also as a whole industry. In 2021, Bubble and no-code weren’t nearly as popular and powerful as they are now. And what’s more exciting: The no-code revolution is just beginning. And we’re glad to be part of the movement. I want to say thank you to our amazing team and incredible clients. Without you, this wouldn’t be possible. 🥂 Super excited to see what the future holds for us.

It employs strong, informal language ('sh*tting in the comments') to emphasize the struggle and the negative reactions.
You just need one person to have faith in you! In August, When I was just starting UniqueSide, I was failing to get any customers and that's when I decided to do something crazy. I posted a tweet that I will build an MVP in 7 days. Yes, you read it right. Many people start sh*tting in the comments but the founder of one company was interested and that's when it all started. I built it in 7 days (It was an Android app with a Python backend) Sometimes you just have to do crazy things to get you started if nothing is working out. #startup #entrepreneurship
