They said I shouldn’t give this away… but I’m doing it anyway. (Onboarding new clients? Save 5+ hours per client NOW!) Over the past few years, we’ve fine-tuned the process of onboarding PPC clients, from small businesses to 7-figure giants. The result?  → A “client kickoff questionnaire” that has transformed how we launch successful campaigns. And today, I’m giving it away for free. If you’re: → New to PPC, this is a no-brainer—it’ll streamline your entire process. → A seasoned pro, you’ll still find a fresh perspective or two. Inside, you’ll find questions covering: ✅ Target audience insights ✅ Competitor analysis ✅ Budget allocation strategies ✅ Campaign goals & KPIs ✅ Conversion tracking setup …and much more! What makes this even better? The questionnaire is in Google Forms, meaning you can: → Use it dynamically: Edit and fine-tune it with your own questions. → Send it directly to your clients: Gather responses in real time. → Adapt and succeed: Customize it to fit your specific needs. This questionnaire is packed with the exact questions we’ve used to improve campaign efficiency by 30% and reduce onboarding time by 50%. And the best part? It’s yours for free. Simply like this post and comment “PPC” below, and I’ll send it your way! (must be connected) P.S. Repost this ♻️ to help others streamline their onboarding process too. We’ve all been there, and it’s time to make it easier for everyone.

I paid $5,000 to attend an entrepreneurs mastermind event in LA this past weekend. And after distilling all my notes, these were my 11 biggest takeaways: 1. The biggest value of attending an event like this doesn't come from the learning—it comes from meeting cool people and, more importantly, normalizing success. 2. Lead gen & client acquisition are the single biggest problem most people struggle with. If you can master these 2 skills, it's almost impossible to lose. 3. 80% of being a great entrepreneur is learning to get out of your own way, avoid overthinking things, & having an insane bias for action. 4. Pessimists are often right. Optimists are often wealthy. 5. Your #1 job as a founder is to not burn out. There is no such thing as being overworked, only under rested. 6. Solopreneurship & remote work are overrated. Building something on your own is not only harder but also less fun & rewarding. And working from home *sometimes* is awesome, but working from home *every day* is awful. 7. If you're feeling uninspired, travel. It's hard to come up with new ideas & perspectives when you're doing the same things in the same place with the same people. 8. The fastest way to feel happy? Be useful. 9. A great thought experiment to improve your product (but also raise your prices): Ask yourself, "what would I do differently if I were to charge 10x more for this?" 10. Everyone needs a escape from the black-and-whiteness of their everyday life. So if you can add some color to someone's day to day, they'll reward you. (This applies to everything: content, sales, marketing... but also dating, friendships, etc.) 11. Oftentimes you don't need to learn new things to level up. Instead, you just need to take action on the things you already know but aren’t doing. PS… Which of these takeaways stood out for you? Let me know below 👇

How NOT to Get Hired as a Designer: This weekend, I reviewed 600+ designer portfolios and sent assignments to a select few. One submission looked familiar... After digging, I found the exact design online. It was a copy with just text changes. PSA: Using HTML → Figma plugins to populate your portfolio is NOT okay. Changing text on an existing design isn't design work - it's copying. Many designers are using plugins to copy illustrations from famous websites. A startup founder might fall for this, but I've seen so many sites at this point so hard to fool. Learn from great sites? Yes. Openly copy? No. This shows laziness and lack of integrity. Stop looking for shortcuts. Do the work. Be original. Your portfolio should showcase YOUR skills, not others'.

    📝 Copywriting Formulas:
📝 PAS(Problem, Agitate, Solution): Identify a pain point, make the reader feel the pain more intensely, and then present your offer as the perfect solution.
    🤔 Other notes:
The post leverages extreme vulnerability and honesty to counter the typical 'highlight reel' culture of LinkedIn.
It uses a long, bulleted list of specific struggles to amplify the 'Problem' and 'Agitate' the reader, making the message highly impactful and relatable to other entrepreneurs/makers.
This is so hard, man. You notice my wins, new launches & growth charts. But the reality is mostly suffering. > servers go down, my hair turns gray every time this happens (just happened today I'm sorry) > a bank locks my acc > an angry customer say they will sue me > one of the contractors ghosts me, and I'm left with a bunch of code I don't understand > things fail at night, I wake up at 4 am and spend hours trying to fix > I can't be without the internet even for an hour, because something may happen and I need to be available to fix it > stripe locks the payout due to a doc check; I have to find money to cover the costs while it's processing > the critical vendor goes down, bringing down my system at a random moment > I work when I'm sick. I even worked in the hospital room while my wife was delivering a baby because things went down right at that moment. > the list goes on and on. My point isn't to complain but to share the dark side of the maker's life, too. I work hard days and nights to ensure I never fail my users. I'm not stressed about revenues or money; I'm stressed about letting my users down. I reinvest all my profits into making my products better. As my SaaS empire grows, I'm slowly onboarding more people and improving the quality and reliability of my platforms. I deeply appreciate everyone who forgives me for my failures

    🤔 Other notes:
Personal narrative challenging a societal norm.
I didn't go to college. Instead, I built my agency and scaled it to 7-figures. Very early on, I was fixated on not going to college. I didn't enjoy school. And wasn't very good at it. It never understood why I had to learn and memorize things that would never be applicable to me. Obviously, everyone around me was pushing for college, and they had good reasons. I'd be missing out on creating memories and friendships that last a lifetime. On the flip side, I knew continuing to build and scale my agency is what I wanted to be doing. So I took a leap of faith. And it paid off. Helping 100+ companies & Fortune 500's streamline their internal processes, allowing them to create more efficiency and save costs. More importantly have made unique experiences with friends who share the same goals.

Uses strong, hyperbolic language like 'ULTIMATE method' to build excitement.
Creates a sense of exclusivity and urgency by stating 'This has been gate-keeped for too long. I’m finally pulling back the curtain.'
