🧲 Lead Magnet:a 4,500-word document breaking down the 5 most impactful email sequences (35+ emails) from Ship 30 for 30.
    📝 Copywriting Formulas:
📝 AIDA(Attention, Interest, Desire, Action): Grab their attention, make it relevant, create a desire for the outcome, and tell them what to do.
📝 PAS(Problem, Agitate, Solution): Identify a pain point, make the reader feel the pain more intensely, and then present your offer as the perfect solution.
📝 PPPP(Promise, Picture, Proof, Push): A narrative arc. Make a bold promise, help the reader visualize it, offer proof you can deliver, and push them to act.
    🤔 Other notes:
Urgency: "for the next 48 hours only"
Transparency: "This document is actually part of a paid course we’re launching next week."
Authority: The author establishes credibility by stating they were "the first employee" and helped build "every single part of our funnel."
Over the past 3 years, Ship 30 for 30 went from $0 to $5,000,000+ in sales. How do I know? Because I was the first employee to join the team—and I’ve helped build *every* single part of our funnel. Now, last month, I spent 20+ hours documenting the 5 most impactful email sequences we've built. And I put together a 4,500-word document breaking them all down. (There’s 35+ emails in there!) Now, full transparency: This document is actually part of a paid course we’re launching next week. But for the next 48 hours only, I am giving it away for FREE. All you need to do: • Like this post • Drop a comment with the word “funnel” • Connect with me (if you haven’t already) I’ll send it via DMs ASAP.

🧲 Lead Magnet:the framework and a video walkthrough
I've been paid $72.000 to set up 1/3 of this system for a company. "This goes against all known marketing standards, and it works!" Whenever I talk to and consult companies that sell B2B, I always recommend the B2B Protocol. Built and fine-tuned since 2016 to achieve: ✅ Engage and build human-to-human relationships (the key to b2b sales) ✅ Grow your brand and network (to achieve increased market awareness) ✅ Make highly qualified prospects come to you (not you chasing them) ✅ Give your sales team a predictable way to close more clients (getting off the hamster wheel of the unknown) I am now sharing this framework for free. It's been responsible for… 1900+ conversations in 9 months for a software company. 150 booked prospects in 45 days. Tens of thousands of additional views on LinkedIn for brands. Nurturing your prospects and them SAVING your emails because they're so good. Comment "B2B" and I'll send the framework and a video walkthrough to you ✅ (We need to be connected on LinkedIn for me to send it to you)

    📝 Copywriting Formulas:
📝 SCQA(Situation, Complication, Question, Answer): For logical arguments. Set the scene, introduce a problem, ask the central question, and answer it with your solution.
    🤔 Other notes:
    Uses bullet points for readability
Presents a concise, direct, and opinionated summary of complex events
Includes a bold, contrarian statement about LLMs and AGI
TLDR (2015-2024): - Elon wanted to stop Demis & Deepmind from creating an AGI dictatorship. - He appointed himself as a CEO. - Greg and Ilya said: but Elon, now can easily become the AGI dictator. - Sam had his own party going, trying to get control, Ilya accused him being driven by money and politics instead of AGI. - Karpathy offered to merge OpenAi into Tesla. Elon liked the idea, others didn’t. - Elon said, let’s merge it with Tesla so that Tesla funds openai and keeps it being non profit. - Sam and Greg decided to find alternative ways to fund the company. - Sam wanted to do an IC0. Elon said it’ll make people think OpenAi is a scam. - They went for Microsoft deal instead. - Elon didn’t like the Microsoft deal and wanted to be the CEO, so he left in 2018 and stopped funding them. - Sam said he is enthusiastic about non profit future and earned CEO title. - Sam turned OpenAI into capped profit - Sam was fired by Ilya for thinking more about monetization than democratization of safe AGi. - Sam was brought back by Satya and Twitter “openai is nothing without its people” - Ilya was fired by Sam - Sam turned openai into for-profit. - Elon started XAI to build his own AgI - Ilya started SSI to build safe AGI - Greg left OpenAI, possibly tried to get into SSI, was rejected and returned back to Sam - But it all doesn’t really matter anymore, since LLMs reached the ceiling of scaling and won’t lead us to the AGI - Sam recently said “I know the worth to AGi now”, which is a fundraising play That’s it. Good night.

🧲 Lead Magnet:a 60-minute masterclass / video breaking down his exact system, available by looking for the link in the comments after dropping a comment
This guy has made over $20,000,000... In just 3.5 years and with ONE funnel. And he recently shared a 60-minute masterclass breaking down his exact system. Here are 5 principles he swears by (to help you create your own money-making funnels): But first, some quick context: Jonathan Courtney is the founder and CEO of A&J Smart and Facilitator(.)com His companies sell individual & corporate trainings on topics like: • Design • Facilitation • And workshop design But here's the interesting part: He's not a marketing or funnel "guru." He just builds funnels to grow his own businesses without really talking about it. Now, onto the principles: 1/ "Pretty" kills profits Jonathan’s most successful funnel looks absolutely terrible. No fancy design. No stunning visuals. Just a basic landing page that's been running, unchanged, since 2020. The wildest part? Every time they tried to make it "prettier," conversions dropped. Their $20M funnel pages have misaligned buttons and no logo. And they keep crushing it. 🤯 2/ Funnels > Fancy Websites Forget about your beautiful website. It's just a "brochure" with too many options. The real money? It's in separate, focused funnels that 99% of people will never find through your main site. Each funnel has ONE purpose: book a call or make a sale. That's it. 3/ More copy = more sales "But people don't read long content!" Wrong. Jonathan’s best-performing funnel uses a 1-hour training video and endless copy. Why? Because when someone's genuinely interested, they'll consume everything you give them. The more you explain, the more they trust, the more they buy. The problem isn't "long copy." The problem is boring, irrelevant copy. 4/ The MITFY principle (Most Incredible Free Gift Yet) Want to boost your conversion rates? Stack as many free gifts/bonuses as you can on top of your core offer. The more "one-time bonuses" you add, the higher your conversion rate. Now, here's a pro tip (from me): Ideally, you also want to "match" each of these free gifts/bonuses to a common objection you get. That way, you're not just giving people "more stuff." Instead, you're surgically eliminating reasons for them to NOT buy. And no - this is just for digital products... Even brands like AG1 & Eight Sleep do this. 5/ Urgency works at every level No matter how cheap or expensive your product is—urgency *always* works. For example: Jonathan’s funnel only allows call bookings 3 days ahead max. And it's all because longer windows kill conversion rates. When someone's interested, make them act NOW. And that’s it! If you read this far, I hope you find at least one golden nugget. And if that’s the case, please drop a comment and let me know what it was - I’d love to hear it! P.S. If you want to check out the video, look for the link in the comments - I highly recommend it.

AI is going to make you obsolete… For the past 2 years, I've spent a thousand hours or more on AI. Why? Because it's going to be the future. While doing so, I've learned how to leverage AI in marketing, sales, and operations—all to increase revenue, reduce costs, and increase margins. Imagine 100% autonomous prospecting system for your sales team, that books meetings 24/7, no human touch needed. Or imagine a system that can write a newsletter nurturing your leads and audience autonomously based on market findings, your novel knowledge base, and client cases. Now we're in the process of making this knowledge into a framework to empower B2B businesses. Would you be interested in me sharing this framework? Comment "Framework" if you are. (PS. The twist of paying the 'hacker' is a strong element for virality.
He hacked my site... So I paid him $300. @JonasScholz19 emailed me yesterday about potential security issues on DataFast. - He didn't ask anything - He didn't post it publicly - It was legit So I sent him $300. 🪝 Hook analysis:Curiosity Gap
It happened way sooner than I predicted. Bootstrapper mindset is the new default: > small & efficient teams > organic growth & profitability > less features & more focus > pleasing the users instead of investors > automating is better than hiring This will happen next: Investors still want to own equity in these companies. - bootstrapped founders will be selling their equity instead of raising money for the startup - Someone who makes a marketplace for secondaries in bootstrapped (or VC backed, who don't plan to raise again) will make a huge upside. - The rev-share models will surge, too, where investors won't buy equity but a % of the revenue. - These secondaries will even turn into NFT-like tradable assets. - Indie Makers will sell rev-share of their entire output. Not the company, but them as an individual. Imagine owning 1% of rev share of everything that Marc Loe, Pieter Levels or other good makers produce (not for life, e.g. for 5 years). - VC money (unless u need to buy GPUs) will rather look negative on a startup than positive. YC will still be positive. It's not about the money, but rather a network and a "medal". - Startup incubators will collapse as a business model, except top 1%. Being on X brings 100x more value than any average incubator. - Holdcos will be the best new way to become rich. I see them as little monopolies that aren't illegal (for now). - Influencers will all ship lots of apps, sites, saas, marketplaces and other digital products (in addition to physical products, courses, events and things they did in the past). - the bar to build and ship tech product is so low, one need no coding skills at all with tools like V0, Bolt, Replit, Cursor. At first we will see simple products being shipped this way, but it complexity will grow as the models improve. - whitelabel model will have it's new renaissance. I bet on it myself. Have more than 10 partners working with me now to launch whitelabeled version of my tools to other markets or niches. Let's revisit this prediction in 20 months.

🧲 Lead Magnet:a 2,000-word document breaking down every email sequence, every traffic source, and every funnel page of The Premium Ghostwriting Academy's system.

📝 PPPP(Promise, Picture, Proof, Push): A narrative arc. Make a bold promise, help the reader visualize it, offer proof you can deliver, and push them to act.
📝 PASTOR(Problem, Amplify, Story/Solution, Testimony, Offer, Response): An empathetic, in-depth formula. State the problem, amplify the consequences, tell a story about the solution, provide testimonials, make an offer, and ask for a response.
    🤔 Other notes:
Scarcity tactic: "just for the next 24 hours"
Social proof: "mastermind students found it so helpful"
Transparency/Credibility: Author states direct involvement with the success story.
Update section: Reinforces scarcity and commitment to deadlines by stating the offer has expired.
The Premium Ghostwriting Academy went from $0 to $5,000,000+ in 18 months. How do I know? Because I'm part of the PGA team—and I've been involved in building *every* part of our funnel. Now, over the past 2 weeks, I spent 20+ hours documenting our entire system: • Every email sequence • Every traffic source • Every funnel page And I put together a 2,000-word document breaking it down. Originally, this was only meant to be shared with a handful of our mastermind students. However, they found it so helpful that I decided it to share with more people. So just for the next 24 hours, you can get access... for free! All you need do? • Like this post • Send me a connection request (if you haven't yet) • And drop a comment with the 👻 emoji I'll send it your way ASAP. UPDATE: The 24 hour deadline has already expired - and I like to keep my word. So please don't leave a comment because I won't be able to send you the doc!

The post is short, direct, and punchy, contributing to its shareability.
The use of specific numbers ($4k, 2 days) adds a layer of credibility and impact to the author's decision.
It taps into a common pain point for professionals (dealing with disrespectful clients) and offers a decisive, aspirational response.
Fired a client today. $4k project, 2 days of work, didn't even charge them. My rule: Rude & Refund. If you're rude with your feedback, you're out. I'd rather eat the cost than deal with disrespect. Know your worth, folks.
