Reddit reveals $30K/month problems every single day. Here's how to mine them: Most founders I know waste months on surveys. Meanwhile, Reddit is giving 1000+ pain points away. With upvotes showing demand. 1/ The subreddit goldmine → Search any profession + "reddit" → Sort by: Top posts this month → Look for: Rant flair The rants are pure gold. People detailing exactly what drives them insane at work. Some subreddits to explore: → r/accounting → r/realtors → r/smallbusiness → r/freelance → r/restaurateur → r/therapists Your target = Real practitioners. 2/ The money signals When you see these, you've struck gold: → 500+ upvotes on problem post → "This is my life" comments → Detailed workflow descriptions → Current tool complaints Each upvote = someone who shares that pain. Each comment = feature requirements. The beautiful part is they're explaining exactly how they'd fix it. 3. Fast validation Post: "Building solution for [problem]. Who wants early access?" → 50+ DMs = strong signal → 20+ "following" = real interest → Detailed pain stories = deep need → Price questions = buying intent People either ignore you or beg for access. There's really no middle ground on reddit. Message 20 interested users. Show a rough mockup. Get 10 pre-orders. Build over the weekend with Lovable. And ship. Reddit users hate fluff. But love solutions. Every subreddit has its own $10K problem. Posted weekly and upvoted by hundreds. Just search for the rants. You'll find everything you need there. P.S. This is just one of the many user acquisition methods we're sharing in our upcoming 30 Day App Incubator. Looking for 3 to 5 more builders to launch their first MVP. If you're serious about building, comment "Build" and I'll send over the details.

    📝 Copywriting Formulas:
📝 BAB(Before, After, Bridge): Show them their current frustrating world ("Before"), paint a picture of their ideal world ("After"), and present your offer as the "Bridge" to get there.
    🤔 Other notes:
Humor/Sarcasm: The post uses humor and sarcasm effectively to highlight common frustrations in the client-service industry.
Relatability: It taps into a shared experience for many freelancers and agencies.
Conciseness: It conveys a strong message with very few words.
Formatting: The use of bullet points and clear separation makes it very easy to read and digest quickly, especially on LinkedIn.
Underlying message: Encourages freelancers/agencies to value their time and differentiate between clients. It implicitly advises to pursue higher-value clients.
$3,000 client: - can you design with me in figma? i want to watch - my wife thinks the blue should be more blue-ish - can we hop on a quick 3-hour call to discuss the font? - here's my phone number, call me at 2am if you have ideas - can you make the logo bigger? also smaller. also different - i found this template on canva, can you recreate it exactly but make it original? $30,000 client: radio silence for 2 weeks.... sorry, been busy with board meetings.... looks good, ship it!

🧲 Lead Magnet:the complete system that made me half a million dollars / This guide / the complete playbook
    📝 Copywriting Formulas:
📝 PAS(Problem, Agitate, Solution): Identify a pain point, make the reader feel the pain more intensely, and then present your offer as the perfect solution.
📝 AIDA(Attention, Interest, Desire, Action): Grab their attention, make it relevant, create a desire for the outcome, and tell them what to do.
📝 PPPP(Promise, Picture, Proof, Push): A narrative arc. Make a bold promise, help the reader visualize it, offer proof you can deliver, and push them to act.
📝 PASTOR(Problem, Amplify, Story/Solution, Testimony, Offer, Response): An empathetic, in-depth formula. State the problem, amplify the consequences, tell a story about the solution, provide testimonials, make an offer, and ask for a response.
📝 BAB(Before, After, Bridge): Show them their current frustrating world ("Before"), paint a picture of their ideal world ("After"), and present your offer as the "Bridge" to get there.
I made $400,000 on Upwork in 2 years. Here's my exact playbook: Most freelancers fail on Upwork because they're doing everything wrong. They have terrible profiles that convert at 2%. They send generic applications that get ignored. They compete on price instead of value. Meanwhile, I've cracked the code... My method would get 1 in 3 clients to respond positively. I could generate 6 qualified leads in just one hour of work. And I scaled past $10K months using Upwork as my foundation. So I created the complete system that made me half a million dollars: • Profile optimization hacks that 3X conversion rates • My #1 application strategy with real templates • How to scale past $10K months without hitting the ceiling • Advanced Upwork SEO for badges and job success scores • Exact message templates that generated $400K in revenue This guide shows everything... no gatekeeping. Want the complete playbook? • Like this post • Comment "upwork" • Connect with me if we haven't already I'll DM you the link immediately.

I used to believe webinars were stupid. But guess what? I was dead wrong. Over the past 8 months, we've run 12 webinars... And the results have been amazing: • 30,000+ registrations • 1,500+ discovery calls booked • Multiple 6 figures in revenue So yea, webinars *do* work. That doesn't mean they're easy, though. Along the way, we've made PLENTY of mistakes. But after all these iterations, we've also created a pretty solid internal playbook to run profitable webinars, consistently. And for the next couple days, I'm giving away our 6-Figure Webinar Playbook for free. GPT-5 just made solo marketers dangerous. These prompts turn it into a 6-person content team. Everyone is hyped about GPT-5 (myself included). I pulled a late one wiring this up as a single ChatGPT Project. One project prompt + six agent prompts = thin brief → publish-ready assets. Here is how it works: I start by creating a project in ChatGPT. This is where a default prompt sets the tone. Then I use each of the agents below to get 140 IQ level output. A0 - BrandMapper 👉 Maps services, positioning, differentiators, proof, and tone of voice. A1 - MarketMapper 👉 Pulls real data from Reddit/forums/LinkedIn comments → building your ICPs, pain stack, phrases to mirror, channel viability. A2 - Ideator 👉 Turns pains + proof into lead magnets/tools and a platform-specific backlog with CTA ladders to convert the best. A3 - Evaluator 👉 Scores hooks/outlines/drafts for proof coverage, claim risk, voice delta, platform fit, then emits precise "Work Orders". A4 - Optimizer 👉 Performs the surgical rewrite to spec; binds proof early; ships platform-native structure. A5 - Final QA 👉 Fact-check, claims normalization, light voice polish. Pass/fail and pinpoint fixes. All of them access what the others output, making the output 10/10. 1 hour is enough to get a full plan. GPT-5 has really leveled the playing field, making even 1-person companies able to outcompete large 500+ employee firms. 🤔 Other notes:
Creates urgency/FOMO with the line 'People are not ready for this.'
Leverages a highly topical and trending subject (AI, OpenAI, GPT models).

Includes a secondary, direct link CTA to a Telegram channel for additional resources, separate from the primary lead magnet.
OpenAI just dropped GPT‑5 and it’s ridiculous. I fed it ALL of our SOPs… and it 1‑shotted an end‑to‑end, autonomous content pipeline. No glue code. No fiddling. One run. What it did in a single pass: - Deep market recon (web + reddit) → pains, JTBDs, triggers, objections - Resource strategy (lead magnets/tools/assessments) that actually convert - Angle matrix (hooks, narratives, proofs, platform fit) - Full backlog w/ priorities, effort, acceptance criteria - Outlines → drafts → voice transfer → fact‑check → compliance pass - Channel packaging (LinkedIn/X/Email/Blog) + scheduling + UTM - Experiment plan (A/B or bandit) + learning loop We used to spend weeks doing this. GPT‑5 did it in minutes from a single brief. People are not ready for this. Repeats the word "free" multiple times for emphasis.
Offers a bonus for reposting to encourage virality and engagement.
    Name-drops Matt Shumer for inspiration/credibility.
OpenAI just crushed it and broke the internet. Yesterday they released their first open-source models, gpt-oss. We set it up to do o3-level reasoning, running at 1500 tokens per seconds, with 1 million tokens free per day. Introducing "gpt-oss Pro Mode", inspired by Matt Shumer. A completely free way to get top level intelligence out of the new free model. This is how it works. It chains together 5+ instances of the new model, picking the better answer. It all runs using Cerebras' systems, operating at 1500+ tokens per second (ChatGPT is ≈100, so 15X speedup) It's hosted on Google Colab, where you can get the instances up and running for free. Did I mention it's free? And that I'm giving it away? What’s up LinkedIn friends 👋🏼 It’s been a minute. But I’m gonna spend more time here. So time to reintroduce myself: I’m Nick. I run Maker School - the #1 automation community in the world ($290K/mo with 2600+ members). Parents were immigrants, moved to Vancouver and worked 14-15 hours per day. They set me up to pursue what I was interested in 🙏🏼 My business journey: • Started a nightclub promotions business in university years (Savage Entertainment). We made $30k over 18 months - not much. But it opened my eyes to entrepreneurship. • Read 4-Hour Work Week and started an online course company on Udemy & Skillshare. We made $80k on a $2k investment and a few hundred hours. • Sold local marketing services door-to-door. “$200 to put you on the map.” We did ~$150,000 in Year 1. This felt like my first “real” business. My partner and I had conflicting goals and ended up splitting. • Tried another handful of businesses, each with differing levels of success: videography, freelance software, AI art (back in 2020), AI copywriting (this arbitrage opportunity briefly scaled to $92k/mo), then eventually LeftClick, my automation agency. • LeftClick was definitely the most successful of the bunch. Scaled it to $72k with just me and a VA. Most months were $50k+. It was incredible and freeing. • I started a YouTube channel and it blew up. I began teaching people to land automation clients. Now I run Maker School (land your first automation client) and Make Money With Make (scale your automation agency). It’s been a wild journey. And I’m excited to share more of it with you. Drop a comment and say hello!

🧲 Lead Magnet:the prompts to run this for your business

📝 BAB(Before, After, Bridge): Show them their current frustrating world ("Before"), paint a picture of their ideal world ("After"), and present your offer as the "Bridge" to get there.
    🤔 Other notes:
Uses well-known marketing figures (David Ogilvy, Seth Godin, Alex Hormozi) for aspirational social proof.
Employs strong numerical results (5X increase in sales volume) and timeframes (under 10 minutes, almost overnight) for impact.
Structured with a clear, numbered list for explaining the process.
Includes a secondary CTA for reposting, offering a one-to-one consultation, which acts as a viral loop mechanism.
These prompts do David Ogilvy, Seth Godin and Alex Hormozi level offer creation in under 10 minutes (Grab them for free) In some random sparring session with AI, I was unaware that I built the best “reframing” model for making offers work. You see, I was in the middle of reworking the positioning of an offer we had. After some testing, we saw a 5X increase in sales volume. Almost overnight. Calls got booked faster. Quality was better. Conversions were higher. People paid more (like way more). This is how I works: 1️⃣ Fill in a few answers to questions about your business, service/product and target audience (high level) 2️⃣ The AI starts an initial research phase about your audience, the market, competitors, trends, and what people say online. 3️⃣ It then starts scraping through all of these locations and gathers the stuff they’re speaking about 4️⃣ With this stuff they are building a larger psychographic analysis of your audience and ideal client. 5️⃣ We then bring all these reports into one system, which allows you to 1-click optimise the way you position your services and products. The best part, this evolves over time. What you’re left with are not only better positioning (making sales easier), but also a system with deep insight about what your audience and market really cares about. You can use this for AI prompts you already have and use, or you can use this to direct all your marketing and sales going forward. Needless to say - it completely changed the game for use in less than 10 minutes. 👉 Do you want the prompts to run this for your business?  ✅ Comment “AI”  ✅ Connect with me so I can send it to you on DM 🎁 Repost and I’ll DM you about how I can help you one-to-one with these types of AI growth systems in your business.

6 months ago, building an app required: - 6 months of development - $300K budget - Team of 5 developers - Constant manual debugging Today, I'm helping a 17-year-old build one in a week. Workflow: ChatGPT -> Lovable -> Supabase -> Cursor Step-by-step how: 1/ Write your PRD first. This is non-negotiable. Clear requirements on paper = 10x faster execution with AI. We spent 30 minutes documenting exactly what PostPal needed to do. Then gave it to ChatGPT: "Create a Lovable prompt from this PRD." Copy. Paste. Done. 2/ Your first prompt sets everything. That initial Lovable prompt? It's your foundation. Give it the full high-level vision. Every feature. Every flow. Lovable uses this context for everything that follows. Get this wrong and you'll rebuild from scratch. 3/ Database first, frontend second. Biggest mistake I see: Building the entire UI, then trying to connect data. Set up Supabase immediately. Create your tables. Configure role-level security. Build backend and frontend together, not separately. 4/ Go feature by feature. Don't attack all screens at once. Pick one core feature. Build it completely. Connect it to your database. Test it. Then move to the next. Each feature should be fully functional before moving on. 5/ Chat mode is your debugging superpower. When something breaks (it will): → Use chat mode to diagnose → Let it explain the issue → Switch to agent mode to fix Chat mode for understanding. Agent mode for implementing. This combo saved us hours. 6/ Security isn't optional. Before deploying: → Enable row-level security → Secure your edge functions → Check your API endpoints → Run Lovable's security check Takes 5 minutes. Saves you from disasters. The result? A fully functional app. Not a prototype. Not a demo. A real product with authentication, database, and payments. The game has completely changed. While others debate if AI will replace developers... We're shipping products before lunch. The tools are here. The playbook is proven. The only question is: what will you build? Time to ship.

Employs a strong narrative arc detailing a rapid transformation from novice to industry leader.
Highlights a mindset shift as a key to success, appealing to a professional development audience.
Subtly uses a contrarian viewpoint to position the author as a thought leader on AI development.
6 months ago, I'd never built software with AI. Today we're Lovable's first Gold Agency. Here's the raw truth about what it took: 1/ I didn't start as a developer. I started as someone who saw the shift coming. While everyone debated if AI would replace developers, we picked up Lovable and started shipping. Stayed focused on the potential for what's possible. 2/ The first 30 days were brutal. My first app? Complete trash. The second? Slightly better trash. But by app #3, something clicked. I wasn't thinking like a developer anymore. I was thinking like a builder. Big difference. 3/ Then we hit our stride. Month 1: First paying client ($5K project) Month 2: $50K in revenue Month 3: $100K milestone Month 4: $150K and scaling Month 5: Gold Agency status + $250K/month run rate The secret? We stopped selling development. We started selling speed. 4/ Here's what Gold Agency actually means: → Top 1% of Lovable partners globally → Direct access to their product team → Priority support and early features → Proven track record of shipping at scale But honestly? The badge is just validation of what we already knew. AI development isn't the future. It's the present. 5/ The real unlock wasn't technical. It was mindset. While traditional agencies quote 3-6 months for an MVP, we ship in days. While they debate tech stacks, we're already iterating based on user feedback. While they plan, we ship. Speed is the new moat. 6/ What I learned building 50+ apps in 6 months: → Perfect code doesn't matter if no one uses it → Users don't care how you built it → The best time to ship was yesterday → AI handles the boring parts so you can focus on what matters Distribution > Features Speed > Perfection Shipping > Planning 7/ The opportunity is still massive. 99% of businesses haven't even started with AI development. They're still paying $50K for 3-month MVPs. Still waiting weeks for simple features. Still thinking AI is just chatbots. We're just getting started. If I can go from zero to Gold Agency in 6 months, imagine what's possible in the next 6. The tools are there. The market is ready. The only question is: will you ship? Time to build.

🧲 Lead Magnet:a complete masterclass breaking down the full process so you can apply it today (normally reserved for my wealthiest clients generating $100k+/pm.)
    📝 Copywriting Formulas:
📝 PAS(Problem, Agitate, Solution): Identify a pain point, make the reader feel the pain more intensely, and then present your offer as the perfect solution.
📝 BAB(Before, After, Bridge): Show them their current frustrating world ("Before"), paint a picture of their ideal world ("After"), and present your offer as the "Bridge" to get there.
📝 PPPP(Promise, Picture, Proof, Push): A narrative arc. Make a bold promise, help the reader visualize it, offer proof you can deliver, and push them to act.
📝 ACCA(Awareness, Comprehension, Conviction, Action): Focuses on the reader's thought process. Make them aware of a problem, help them understand it, convince them your solution is best, and call them to action.
    🤔 Other notes:
Uses strong, evocative language like "feels illegal."
Emphasizes exclusivity and high value of the offered resource ("normally reserved for my wealthiest clients").
The phrase "leaking a complete masterclass" creates a sense of an insider opportunity.
Includes an incentive for priority access through reposting.
I'm now almost at $1 Million per month. But that was not always the case. I used to have low sales, low appointments, and low cash. The worst part is that I was spending so much time all while achieving so little. To escape this, I developed a cure. A cure so effective that it feels illegal.  Introducing “Growth Agents”  Instead of depending on either volume or quality, you are marrying the two. If you over-focus on high volume, your outreach will be generalised and boring. If you focus too much on quality, your outreach will be near impossible to scale. These drawbacks halt the growth and predictability of your systems (Why you are experiencing slow growth) As soon as I married the two, I 10X’d my current results in a matter of months. 🪝 Hook analysis:Curiosity Gap · Secret Reveal · Numbers/Data Hook · Bold Promise/Solution Hook
    📝 Copywriting Formulas:
📝 PAS(Problem, Agitate, Solution): Identify a pain point, make the reader feel the pain more intensely, and then present your offer as the perfect solution.
I analyzed every Lovable app that hit $10K MRR in under 30 days. Here's the exact 7-step framework they all followed: 1/ They didn't build features. They built emotions. Every single one solved a problem people were already paying for. Not theoretical pain points. Real money changing hands. The fastest to $10K? They just made the existing solution 10x simpler with AI. 2/ They shipped in 72 hours or less. Not the full product. Just the core loop that delivers value. One founder built a $12K MRR app in a weekend: → Friday: Idea validation → Saturday: Built MVP in Lovable → Sunday: First 10 paying customers Speed beats perfection every time. 3/ They charged from day one. No freemium. No "we'll monetize later." Just a simple promise: pay $29-99/month, get immediate value. The psychology is powerful — people value what they pay for. And paid users give the best feedback. 4/ They picked boring markets. Not the sexy AI wrapper everyone's building. Think: → Inventory management for dentists → AI bookkeeping for contractors → Automated reporting for agencies Boring problems = eager buyers. 5/ They used their unfair advantage. Every founder who hit $10K fast had one thing: Direct access to their target market. → One was in a WhatsApp group with 500 agency owners → Another had a newsletter to 10K small business owners → A third was active in niche Reddit communities Distribution > Product. 6/ They automated everything except sales. Here's what separated the winners: → Lovable for the entire frontend → Supabase + Stripe for backend → But they personally onboarded every early user Those 1-on-1 calls? That's where the magic happened. Real insights. Real iterations. 7/ They doubled down on what worked. Once they found their channel, they went all in: → One viral TikTok? Make 50 more → LinkedIn post blew up? Post daily → Cold email working? Send 1,000 Most founders spread themselves thin. The $10K winners picked one channel and dominated it. Here's the truth: Building the app is the easy part now. Finding the right problem, the right market, and the right distribution? That's where the real game is played. The window is still open. But it won't be forever. Pick your boring problem. Ship this weekend. Your first $10K is waiting.
